R2D2 has been a favorite in our house since my oldest dragon was four. Not surprising, the love of droids carried on to my younger dragons. It might have something to do with the fact that R2D2 has always been a favorite of mine, but who knows.
I had hoped that this craft would inspire some coloring and perhaps a new droid, but my little loves can be very do-it-right-ish, and so we ended up with just R2D2s. If you do this craft and end up with some unique looking droids, I would love to see them.
Supplies:
- Droid templates (print outs available below)
- Glue
- Scissors
- Coloring supplies (optional)
- Extra Paper (optional)
Directions:
- Print out the templates and cut out your pieces. You can glue them to a larger construction sheet of paper if desired, or just keep your droid on the white paper, or do something else! The options are endless.
- Cut, glue, color as you like. Make a R2D2 or do something brand new!
