Creme de la Creme a la Edgar

Nothing goes better with Roquefort’s Biscuits than Creme de la Creme a la Edgar. My dragons can attest to this. My oldest didn’t even like the cookies without the creme.


– 1 C milk

– 1 C 1/2 & 1/2

– 3 TBSP to 1/4 C sugar

– 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cinnamon

– 1/8 tsp nutmeg

– 1 tsp vanilla

– 2 to 3 chamomile tea bags *optional*


– Over medium heat, combine all your ingredients.

– Mix ingredients and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Do not let it boil. You could burn it and it will not taste yummy then!

– Divide into bows or mugs and enjoy with some cookies!

Quick, easy, and delicious! My dragons asked for this in place of hot chocolate a few times. That’s how we know it’s a winner!
